The problem is the front step is shared. It could have been innocent but there's so many things about the location that make me nervous. I'm really hoping someone here has seen her and can fill in the blanks about the location and if it's worth my time.

Well, I went for it. QV so if it was a bad experience, I wouldn't be out much. Gave her about 5 minutes notice since I was suspicious of the location.
