Norma Reyes, Commissioner Business Affairs and Consumer Protection at City of Chicago was supposed to retire in June. What ever happened with that? Perhaps she could be replaced with someone not so racist. Perhaps Mayor Rahm could do away with the department all together and save some money.
Now why can I get that service at the Duncan that I visit. I would not mind a coffee to go with service.

[blue]Greetings Everyone,
I recently cleaned up this thread by deleting a number of off-topic posts, as well as a number responses made by other forum members to these deleted posts.
This cleanup process is not perfect, and it's possible that I may have inadvertently deleted a few otherwise legitimate posts. If you find that your own report was also deleted, please don't take it personally.
The purpose of this Forum is to provide for the exchange of information between Men on the subject of finding Women for Sex.
Let's get back to the subject.
Thanks,

Times are tough and getting tougher. Naperville is about the last place I would go for a massage, but what's interesting is this quote from the investigator:
"Naperville Police Sgt. Nick Liberio said residents complained about the parlor, on the city's south side, and online reviews of the parlor indicated patrons could pay for sex."

Also, another point about "residents complaining". That is a tactic that LE uses to conduct a bust. They will stop at a nearby home or business and inform the tenants what is going on at the place and then ask them if they want to file a complaint. (I don't think most people would actively complain about what is going on behind closed doors unless there is a lot of loitering). So they do this and then BOOM, place gets busted.

Yes, most people will not complain, but there is a very vocal minority that does. Unless the place is far off the beaten path, it will get complaints.

However, never under estimate the lengths that LE would go for easy prey.
Keep on the lookout even more guys. The City needs more revenue.
Villa Park couple accused of operating prostitution ring.
A Villa Park couple accused of running a prostitution ring that sold sex through personal ads on a website face faces felony charges of promoting and profiting from prostitution in DuPage County, authorities said Tuesday.
Michael B. Hays. 42, and Jarmila Jaksova. 29, each have been charged with promoting prostitution as a result of 'Operation China Dolls' an investigation of a multi-state prostitution ring conducted by the DuPage Metropolitan Enforcement Group, police said. The residents of the 400 block of S. Oakland Ave. Also have been charged with possession of a controlled substance after police found nearly a gram of cocaine and three grams of hash in their possession, according to court records.
Investigators concluded the seven-month investigation Tuesday, though charges were filed Nov. 3, authorities said.
The name 'Operation China Dolls' came from material included in an online ads, said DUMEG director Matt Gainer.
'They weren't very creative with their advertising, ' Gainer said.
Over seven months, detectives investigated the couple, arranging meetings with prostitutes in hotels in Downers Grove and Lisle, as well as apartments in Lombard and Westmont, Gainer said.
Two 36-year-old women from the Los Angeles area were charged with the lesser offense of misdemeanor prostitution, as were two Philadelphia women, a 38-year-old and a 32-year-old, according to a DUMEG news release.
Gainer said the four women accused of working as prostitutes were not in the Chicago region against their own will. He said the investigation has concluded and he does not expect further arrests to be made.
Hays was released from DuPage County jail after posting $50, 000 bond. Jaksova is still being held on after USA Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials blocked her from posting bond, which was also set at $50, 000.
Both have arraignment hearings scheduled in DuPage County court on Nov. 28, a spokesman for the State's Attorney's Office said.
