I would not be cautious about heading to one of those places as what is likely to go down isn't going to target the mongers. What is key is what was related in the civic association meeting. BTW- the dude didn't indicate what AREA of NNCC he is located so it could be a civic association with a high number of APMS?

But what is key is that the AG is looking to use "nuisance" laws as way to get rid of these places. Years ago those drive up motels on Rte 13 south of the airport were virtual drive-in malls for girls and drugs. Girls would sit in lawn chairs outside of their rooms or stroll the lot. Dealers were present too. So all one had to do at that point was drive in & drive-by and selected a girl or a controlled substance of your choice. AG used some form of nuisance or health code laws to strong arm the owners into compliance: I. E. Kicking out dealers & girls and refusing to rent to them. In fact, the AG set up a "no rent list" of known criminals that the motels could not rent to. Failure to comply and the AG would seize the property (under a nuisance violation? That stopped the supermarket of drugs & girls there. And just moved the activities to the streets & neighborhood! It also explains why girls who date frequently get kicked out of those places, when the activity become too noticeable.

So if the AG is involved they are looking to go after the business owners or the property owners. Doubt they are targeting mongers. I also note that there is nothing illegal about getting a rubdown by a pretty Asian girl! THAT is a legitimate legal service. Oh, if one wants to get super technical a "massage" has a strict legal definition and requires a licensed person. But a rubdown can be done by anyone. Just don't go in there and offer money for sex or sex acts! Keep your mouth shut and your chances of getting nicked are slim. I am sure no one who reads these boards engages in illegal activities!

I believe a legal definition of Nuisance means that the activity must interfere with the normal comfort & enjoyment of one's property (home). I think it also must be something that is "out of place" or not fitting with the normal surroundings. Like a pig in a parlor. I. e. Nothing wrong with a pig, nor unusual about it, it just isn't normally found in the parlor! So some derivation of that legal theory is likely what the AG will try to use to shutdown any AMPs. But hey, if these places were properly zoned, then it is hard to see how they might be out of place? If DE had a Gestapo like agency like Philly's L&I outfit, they could just inspect the places, find code violations, shut them down on the violations and never approve the "fixes. " Of course, would not put it past the AG to test out new legal theory either. For a Democratic state, DE is ultra conservative in many ways.

So how much of this "tough talk" is election year rhetoric? Representatives want to get re-elected, the AG gets elected at some point. Got to look like one is responsive to constituents, especially in October of an election year.

Was going to post a review of Crystal Spa (all good), but sounds like you guys are dealing with the same stuff there as we are in the midwest. Area is busy during the day, so may be a concern for those wanting to keep a low profile. After hours, most other shops in the area close, so less foot traffic. Seems kind of shady later at night, but there was also security in the area.

Once inside, led to a room by mamasan. Nice setup in room. Speakers were attached to the wall. Disco ball type mood lighting. Definitely higher quality setup than normally found in the midwest. A really hot looking girl came in and told me to get comfortable, but a different girl came back in shortly after. Second girl was a bit older, but still in great shape and good looking to me. Both girls had on sexy night time attire. Gave second girl (gina I think) the house money. 6. Got bare and on the table (TS already in use). She started a decent massage for about 10 minutes, then led me in for the table shower. TS consists of a table with a utility sink next to it. Not what I am used to at all. Basically dumping a bucket of water to wet you down, lather you up, and more buckets to rinse. Flip and repeat. Light teasing involved. Back to the room and continued the massage. Went there a few days back and had a pretty good experience for there. Have been there a few times mostly for massage and hand release but sometimes looking for more. I went to Ruby or KissKissPop, whatever the hell they're calling it now, about a week or so ago.

Walked in and met mamasan, and she introduced me to Yoyo (I think? She was in her late 30's, early 40's and had a nice, natural top with short hair. Yoyo barely spoke a lick of English, but we somehow managed through, albeit awkwardly. The TS was okay, but nothing too spirited. The massage was actually better than I expected, as she used a lot of pressure and put some elbow grease into it.

Here's where the lack of communication got awkward. Before the flip, she was pretty focused on my backdoor area. I should have probably realized what she was insinuating, but it took a while to fully register. After negotiating, she came back and made me stay on my front side. After some soft touch, she went for the ole PM. I tried to bear with it, but it's not my cup of tea, as it make me uncomfortable more than anything. She seemed annoyed when I finally told her to stop, so I guess that is her "thing. " We moved to normal activities, which I enjoyed more thoroughly.

Kudos that you ask questions about techniques.

Not sure if there is an AMP resource thread around, perhaps others will share? Most of what one needs to know can be found by reading the threads. I know as that is how I learned. Yeah, I know "history" is boring and hard to grasp. But there is a lot of good info here if one wants to put in the work.
