Not to mention the local fat and uglies (fuglys) that never get busted and are polluting eyespace 24 and 7. I have not heard about these girls being raped, merely arrested, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least to hear the facist pigs were doing this.

If you have cruised most any track, you see the injustice become a regular on the track, and you see the same tired old faces. Disease carrying, drug addicted street walkers, the LAPD never stops them never questions them, never enforces the law, why that would mean having to search them and they certainly don't want to do that, this point was so brazingly made when they over the weekend I observed 6-7 regular Hotties in the Hottie gallery, LAPD cops with lights a blazing tore through the area chasing off every one of the good looking girls, left behind in the same stretch, a disgusting crack head dressed in a short jean skirt, yellow top with no bra and exposing herself to passer by's. the LAPD for years has been raping and abusing s/w's internal affairs conviently looks right over this activity. Officers on many occasions throw the girls in the back get favors, and then drop them off in other areas with the warning that they not return. I remember the story from one retired and now dead from cancer cop who worked over 30 years for the LAPD telling of the days he and his partners would troll the track of a racially divided city in the 60's picking up s/w's and getting favors on a regular basis, Figueroa is not a new track by any stretch of the imagination, nor is LAPD officers breaking the law anything new or shocking to anyone. LAPD is not the worst in this area that would fall on old Compton cops, and smaller city agencys, but this behaviour exists, picking up s/w's on our dime and getting favors in exchange for release. So the next time you see cops chasing off mongers, remember it might be so there are no witness to there deeds.

You are forgetting that this is a war, that Police Chief Bratton has stated and continues to state that the solution to the crime problem in LA is to get rid of the heinous crime of street prostitution, and the way to do that is to attack the demand by targeting the customer, not the prostitute.
It may be that since these skanks are not organized, they are not a part of the organized crime machine that Bratton professes to be attacking with this mission of his.
