I'm seeing a girl whose asking price isn't in $20 increments, rather it's priced in a way that likely assumes most guys will round up to the next $20. I figure there could be 2 ways to approach this:

1. I pay her exactly the asking amount and then tell her I'm happy to give a tip at the end. In my mind, this is my way of telling her that if we do more than cuddle that I have extra to give.

2. I pay her the higher-rounded-up amount and brush off the extra as no big deal, probably wouldn't mention tip, but hope that it gives off a good vibe that I paid her more than asking.
