My advice would be to be friendly and drop hints during the conversation about seeing more. Money is your friend with these ladies but try to build things up with them first. IE, the first time she pulls her tits out don't whip out your dick and start jerking off.

With a visitor it might be more difficult. I suggest finding a regular that doesn't mind playing then bring your buddy with you on a later visit.
