I think it might be their no-so-subtle way of saying something illegal is going on. If I were LE, these would be the first people I'd go to. Right up there with "anything that happens between two consenting adults".
Maybe I'm odd, but I actually look for ads that say "nothing illegal will be offered" - at least then I have sorta an out if it doesn't feel right.
For me, the "no black men" usually translates to "my pimp likes to be the only black man in me".

I will be spending this afternoon with my favorite UTR girl with the finest spinner body imaginable. You guys will not be spending time with her because I am on moderation and by the time this posts she will be long gone. Since being on moderation, I have been unable to inform the Forum about Jasmine seeing guys on a Monday, Gia having a one day safe incall, and Amanda offering a two for one special. All I told you was that the chicks needed to do their own promotion. If they or anybody want to rent a room from you that's their business not ours nor anybody else on the forum. It's not fair to all the other hard working girls in Milwaukee that can only advertise on the classifieds thread when you are on the review threads putting the girls in front of the guys.
However the difficulty in which you seem to be having accepting the loss of control this restriction places on you is starting to give me pause. I moderate the forum a minimum of twice per day, most times three times. In two years no posts have taken more than 12 hours to post.
When I laid this restriction on you, had you just said, "OK", you would't be moderated. Instead, like the post before this one, you argued with me. Her incall is often the upper loft of a crack house which is not safe. For a while, I was picking her up and taking her to my house until her pimp found out where I lived so I don't consider my house safe. I stopped seeing her completely. She called to tell me she had an incall at a south side motel that I have been to a number of times with other providers and consider to be safe. 1. JohnKat has been pretty good to me over the years with info and suggestions. Honest and he has not pushed me in a situation that I questioned afterwards.
2. Sometimes you do fall a bit for some of the girls. I know that firsthand and all of a sudden you are doing extras for them even when you realize that they might be playing you. Ego? But it does happen and I think that JK might have a relationship with one like this. We all live a pretty good life compared to most of these girls and do feel sorry for some of them. This might be the case here.

The fact that she posted on a Monday I thought was significant enough to mention on the board. Amanda often does threesomes when one of her friends drop by. This is promoting;

This is reviewing;
"Hey guys, I just fucked chick X and she does Y really well. You should get a hold of her for an appointment."
Promoting=bad, you need to stop doing that. Reviews=good, you can do as many of these as you wish.
If you can't see the difference between them I don't know what to do next because it's evident to me and I can't explain it any clearer.
To the rest of you guys, renting a room to a monger or chick doesn't make him anymore a pimp than a guy who owns a notel. He's nowhere near the only guy on the forum that does that. The problem comes when the person renting the room gets involved with the appointments.
Hopefully this puts an end to this.

So Waldo, why are you quoting me and then saying to take it easy on him? I know this already. I would still like to read his answer to the Admin2 question. I don't concider that unreasonable or being hard on him.
What is going on here is just nuts. JohnKat may have good intentions in supplying a nice safe location. He is providing a service to mongers who perhaps can't afford a motel, or just don't want to pay for a room that they only use for an hour or so, or worry about going to a girl's incall for safety reasons. And maybe the girls are throwing him a few bones. I can't say but certainly the impression is there. But what is happening here is extremely risky. And for what reward? We all take a risk when we pick up a streetwalker for example. The risk is the girl and possibly her pimp, and also the police. We weigh the risks and the reward and gamble. Most times we get away with it. Other times it is cash and dash, poor service, or if really a bad day, we get arrested. But if arrested, we may be able to get out of it but even if not, it is a misdemeanor. But setting your house / apartment up as a house of prostitution is a felony. If those girls are ever arrested for anything, drugs, prostitution, etc does anyone think that they would NOT give up JohnKat to the police in return for a lighter sentence because JohnKat is a nice guy? Would they tell the police they were paying JohnKat? Or if JohnKat pissed someone off they could easily report him to the police. And my impression was that the location is West Allis. Never been to JohnKats but West Allis is a bedroom community of single family homes. Neighbors watch what is going on. And will report what is going on. And West Allis PD is the kind that would act on the complaint.
My neighbors would certainly wonder what an old guy like me is doing walking into my house with a hot 20 something.
So if JohnKat is aware of the problems, aware of the risks and rewards, then I can only shake my head and say "Good Luck".
