Yep. Stay Away. I saw her several times last year before the smoke and the constant texts scared me off. She was hot, and DTF, but no real problems Then a few weeks back, she reached out again and we set something up. I went to pick her up and she asks me to stop at a "friends" house on the way. She asks me for the money upfront so she can pay her friend back some money she owes her. I said nope. But she is persistent and asks if I will give her $50.00 instead. There had been no signs of cash and dash before and she was looking good, so I said fine. I bet you can guess what happened. She goes in, and never comes out again. And goes dark. Stupid, I know.

Starkey should do the same and check "theft". Save a fellow SD from getting scammed / robbed by this piece of trash. SA will remove her from the site. Maybe she will resurface with a new profile after that, but SA removing her will at least give her a little scare.

I'm in the same boat. Recently renewed, got locked out and told I needed to change password, but have stopped using the email I set the account up with. When I contacted customer service as they instructed, they asked for the billing address I used as part of the verification to change email addresses and get back into my account. Anyone have the same response from SA? After the Ashley Madison hack, I'm a little leery of giving out any such info. Even though my billing is to a private PO box only I have access to. Thoughts / comments?

I haven't had any issue using the new one.

I'm guessing SA is making many / most / all ready if we are seeing the same thing.

It's become apparent to me that at SB University the women learn that it is appropriate to ask for loans in addition to the in place "arrangement". They all have the same playbook they cycle thru for tires, rent, etc. I am only a first term freshman at SD University and was wondering to what degree in a long term quite satisfying arrangement those of you who are PhD SDs simply forgive the loan and do not deduct it from the arrangement at the next date. Is there a social protocol? Is it case by case? Would appreciate any of your experience, thanks.

If you consider it a loan and she defaults, good luck collecting! Hopefully you have not given her your real name.

Speaking of gifts, I have yet to pay SA their membership fee because of the credit card issue and the Ashley Madison hack fear. But I am interested in trying a round of SB education to DaisyL on SA. Any members have her number that could share with me?

I make it clear that the arrangement is non negotiable until a certain level of history. If they start becoming a cash cow immediately then I look elsewhere. If they play by the rules then I might advance them the arrangement if they need it. Never get to far ahead on this that you cry about being taken. At a further point in the relationship I just come up with an excuse to cut drastically or stop the arrangement. At this time they either move on quickly or they are invested in you and stick with you. Remember they will use you for a ATM if you let them. Also when you get to feeli g all tingly over how much they care about you stop the honey and see how long it takes them to leave.

I presume that the verification you are talking about is from SA, not from your email vendor. I also have never given SA accurate 'billing address' (they don't bill me and I don't use a CC that has a billing address). The only thing I have attended to was a zip code for my fictitious address, which must match what I have input to my OneVanilla prepaid.

If this really is the way it is, I'd advise you to simply get a new sugar email and set up a new profile at SA. I know whatever you have paid on your current membership goes up in smoke if you do that. For me that wouldn't be a huge deal b/c I only pay for a month at a time. If you're trying to avoid potential exposure as a member somewhere down the line, that would be a sure way to go. This is not a small deal. As you say, the AM hack is a lesson. Today on my job email, I get hundreds of spam messages per day. After complaining to our web staff, they investigated and say their best guess is my email address has been marked to be spammed. Unfortunately, that email was also used for AM (it was a long time ago and I didn't know all the precautions I observe today).

If you're scared of losing them, then you may have to consider it. But after a bad experience once, I always say no. I lost one quality SB over it, but even then she saw me once or twice more, though wasn't quite as enthusiastic. The rest took it in stride and nothing changed. But it's also my style to cycle through, so sometimes those types of requests told me it was time to move on.

But I think that it comes down to each situation and if you're content being played or not, and willing to accept the possibility of losing the girl. In a truly long term arrangement, going above and beyond occasionally is unavoidable. On the other hand, I wouldn't consider doing it after a couple of dates, and some girls will ask. To me that's just being a sucker.

If you decide to do it, I would take some off at the next date or two, but you do still want her to get compensation for each meeting so she has incentive to meet. Compensation is a much better motivator than gratitude, that fades fast.

This is a juice recipe I found online for erectile dysfunction; the beet juice is supposed to help with blood flow. The site I found the recipe on said to start with half a beet, because too much at once can supposedly make some people vomit due to toxins being released from the body. After a couple of days I moved up to a whole beet with no issues. As mentioned previously, three weeks into my exercise routine and two weeks into the beet juice, I am having improved erection quality and am even standing at attention when I wake up the last couple of days.
[/QUOTE]Discussing nutrition in conjunction with exercise is a good idea, and I think I've neglected to give nutrition proper coverage in my posts on the subject of exercise; the two subjects should really go hand-in-hand. I don't do anything special in that area other than try to generally stick to healthy choices, straying from that occasionally. Usually I can predict when my opportunities for sugaring travel trips are coming up, and in advance of them I modify my diet slightly (more salads, fish etc) just to drop about 5 pounds below my "comfort" weight, and I amp up the exercise routine slightly. When I do that, I get a noticeable bonus in terms of overall sexual performance, but when I'm not actively sugaring I sort of fall back to my normal comfort weight, just because I don't like the idea of living with constant restrictions. So I relax the dieting discipline a bit, but try to stay on course with exercise. That may be because I "enjoy" the exercise (endorphin high?) but don't really enjoy restricting my diet.

If, as I get older, I find that regular exercise itself isn't enough, I might need to become a bit more disciplined with regard to diet. Right now the extra 5 lbs is easy to get rid of, and doesn't noticeably alter my looks whether I carry it or shed it. Some might say 5lbs is always easy to get rid of, and that's true if you're carrying an extra 15-25lbs or so, but as you get closer to your "fighting weight" the last few pounds are normally harder to shed. However, I think ongoing exercise makes it easier to do this rapidly. A difference in sexual performance is really the main benefit of the loss of the extra 5. It also makes me feel a little younger to be as lean as I can get. Sexually it's a significant difference considering the relatively small amount of weight fluctuation involved -- amazing what removing those last few pounds are worth in bed.

Pretty much all of the food items you mentioned are a part of my regular routine, with the exception of beet juice. Maybe I'll try it now that you've mentioned it.

I am in Atlanta and I have been lurking for a while. I got inspired and I finally pulled the trigger on SA 5 days ago and got the premium membership. So I tried sending my allowance / date amount in the first letter or when we are chatting after the first letter. The "pros"(experience SBs or UTRs) straight up started negotiating and agreed to the acts. But when I was talking to a few of younger (18-22) chicks and talked about the allowance / date and told them that I expected "physical intimacy" it did NOT work (no M&G just over chat or txt). I scheduled M&G with one of them and when I said I'll give you gas money, she stopped replying.

I've read almost all of the FAQ's but I am still unclear on one basic concepts.

- At the M&G when you are discussing the arrangement how do you make sure they understand that they need to put out after a date, without sounding like a douche bag?

(Now I know these girls aren't prostitutes and I don't think of them as prostitutes either, I just don't know how to NOT sound like I do.).

Thanks.[/QUOTE]I had to renew today and I think I may have an interesting way to pay that offers a good cut-out. I was able to create a Paypal account linked to my hobby email and a cash card. I can send cash from my real Paypal account to the hobby Paypal account. Once I had a positive cash balance on my hobby Paypal account, I was able to use that to pay my SA renewal. It worked like a charm. Has anyone else ever tried this?
