She gave me a light massage because I had to wait for Fiona that day even though I had an appt. Anyway I overheard her talking to the other ladies basically saying "don't you dare cut them too short, if they give bad online reviews it will hurt us a lot". Given how many rave reviews there are for Good / Shanghai, it's really not a fluke because they're intentional and want to keep it up. Agree also that being nice, clean, and smelling fresh pays off usually.
I'll throw in my personal critique though: I found their acting to be a little much, but the overall experience and the average beauty of the ladies is well above average (besides the potential wait times).

Fiona was the only one there, but she said there will be two girls working there, and they have two rooms. Went to Laurel Spa on Lake City way for the first time in ages. Pre-Covid even. Sophia is still there. The other girl looked familiar but I don't remember her name. Sophia still gives an incredibly deep massage. Well worth the visit. Plus roaming. Hard nipples.
