Just pick-up a burner at 7/11. Tmobile gives unlimited txt / voice / data for $40/ month. If you don't need it one month, stop paying and renew when you do. Buy a refill card with cash, and there's not record. Point a gmail account with google voice to it, and you have free txt's. Granted GOOG keeps a record, but now it's not traceable back to you because of the burner. You have no idea what details Apps like Hush keep beyond your usage. It has your real phone number, IMMEI, location, etc.
I used to keep a separate burner phone, but got tired of carrying a second phone. I also found it hard to live with a non-touch keyboard for texting. Total anonymity isn't all that big of a deal for me, but I don't believe Hushed or any other app sold out of the Apple store has access to the users name that's on the iTunes account or any other information with a subpoena, possible criminal activity, etc. But yeah I've sent real pics of myself using it, they could have that in their storage, but I don't worry about it.
Google is the king of privacy invasion. If using a burner phone, they could determine the location of that phone and the location of your actual phone (if you have any other type of Google device or app on your primary phone) and figure out easily enough its the same person. But there are risks in the bowl no matter what. I'm not really concerned with anonymity at that level, I mostly just don't want the SBs to know any real info about me.

MetroPCS has half decent smart phones, some version of LG, for $30.

But would Google really bother to try to assume two co-located phones are the same person? What would it take to do that? How would that be dangerous to a monger?

This is a good weekend to buy a burner phone. A lot of places are having sales due to presidents day.
I got an ad from Shopko that is selling half way decent smart phones for $20 (about half off) and the add had a $5 off coupon code on it. I plan on picking one up just to have a back up in the future.
Just take a look around what you have in your area this week online. You should be able to find something at a good price.

Burner
AT&T Go Phone (paygonline) has 1000 messages a month for $9. 99. If you renew before they expire they roll over. Voice is $0. 10 a minute. I generally use less than $15 a month. You can buy the phone and chip with cash and buy $25.00 renewal cards with cash so no trace back to you. None.

But would Google really bother to try to assume two co-located phones are the same person? What would it take to do that? How would that be dangerous to a monger?
Google wouldn't have to bother to do anything, their algorithms would do it for them and record the data in a way that can be easily mined by whoever asks and is willing to pay them for it (or whoever is able to hack in and see it). Software that is designed to track and profile people for marketing purposes already does what I've described, for example making inferences that one online persona is the same as another, through something as simple as IP address matching, geo coordinates, even more advanced things like voice patterns, mouse or touch usage heat maps, etc. That is what today's marketing and social media software does -- profile people, identifying them and their habits via machine learning algorithms. Google is are already the most advanced organization in the world when it comes to this level of automated privacy invasion. Facebook is another one on the cutting edge of this.
As far as how dangerous it would be to a monger? When all things go well and according to plan it shouldn't affect mongers at all. But then again, neither should the data that's available to employees of Hushed (far less than what Google has access to) or even employees of SA. Who knows about the future. That's the only reason I brought it up. Privacy issues were raised about Hushed and I was pointing out that this doesn't go away using anything Google, in fact it becomes more of an issue.
My take on all this is that if you have a lot to lose, don't play in the bowl. Financially I'm protected from risk so I don't have to lose sleep, but it doesn't mean I want the headaches that would be involved in getting caught, so I take a reasonable swing at anonymity but don't worry too much about things I can't control.

Am I the only one paranoid about LEO? I have my first appointment this weekend. The SB's number links to a Facebook page. That page's name matches a Twitter, Instagram, etc. The pictures across all social media are of the same person, so the SB is obviously real. But, I just cannot help but be paranoid.

The way I do it, no money is offered at all, only gifted to them after the fact.
Now with strippers on the other hand, I've been known to "make an offer", but there's no risk there -- they don't exactly send vice cops to work undercover as strippers and grind out lap dances, assuming they could ever find one hot enough to be believable in the first place. I can just see her testimony now: "well I had to let him put his fingers inside me during the backroom couch dance, otherwise my cover would be blown".

If your first meet is going right to a hotel for sex acts you negotiated online, then you might have a little to worry about, since you are essentially dealing with an escort versus a sugar baby. But since no one on here has yet to report hard evidence that LE agencies are actively using sugar baby sites for sting operations, you should still be free of worries.

SA fishing strategy
It is about six months since I quit being a premium member at SA. At that time I had about 50 active connections who had given me either their email address or phone numbers. I decided to just work these 50 contacts and let my paid membership expire. While I enjoyed some interesting dates and couple visits to the FC I also saw the number of active contacts go down dramatically just as fast they added up originally. Some just disappeared out of SA and stopped responding to my texts. Some relocated out of State for college or work. Some others informed me that they don't do this anymore as they now have a BF or their current life situation does not allow them to do this. Long story short my list of 50 POTs got dwindled down to something like 5. So I have decided to renew my premium subscription once again. That said, just to be sure that I get the best bang for the buck, I want to ask the sugar seniors here as to what are the best practices and strategies you utilize to quickly connect with as many POTs as possible before letting the premium subscription expire.

I think that is almost the whole point of the past 13,000+ posts in this thread. There are a lot of different strategies based upon what you are looking for, how much you can afford, how much time you have and how discreet / secure do you need to be.
I suggest reviewing the "Sugar Baby Thread Highlights" thread on the same Richmond board as this thread and see if you can find some answers.

As you said, any girl willing to agree to sex for cash with someone she hasn't even met yet online, without caring to see and get to know him at least briefly in person, is a pro. Even though the risk of sting is low as you said, any girl willing to do that has a high chance of being in possession of drugs or other issues that could draw unwanted legal attention or put the SD at risk of getting robbed.

So sign up -maybe 3 mos and see how it goes. Avoid the "kid in the candy store" syndrome that many new SDs go through. Don't be greedy and take on tmore than you can reasonably handle at any given time. For example, I never work more than 3 Pots at any given time, because what often happens you are inundated with girls ready to meet. This often leads to flaking on your part because you can't service all those girls.
LE risk sugaring- Nil. Never link sex acts and money in writing or orally. "I will pay an allowance for one day / week to hang out and spend time together" Previously you should have discussed " Are you OK with intimacy once we start an arrangement? " NEVER " I will give you $50 for 2 hours and 3 pops / week. ".

Noticed in my area a lot of girls haven't been on for days at a time where they were on nonstop before. Going to assume most of these are mother's with the EIC credits that got held back and they are out spending their money. I am sure by mid-March they will be hopping back big time due to having a month or so of guilt free spending.

About to have my first date tomorrow. Thank you for everyone who posts in here and helps us noobs. This thread has been amazing.
