Not sure if this one's been reviewed here before but I actually met her on a business trip to NYC because I travel back and forth for meetings and we got to talking more and she's originally from DC and stays in this area often. Of course, sending money is something I would not do, because it is so fungible. It is highly unlikely that there are guys in Nigeria sitting around impersonating girls, trying to get dudes to send them $25 on Uber gift cards.
