The only spot I see them is Cicero north of Archer.

The Midway track was very busy last night. Saw plenty of talent, of all shapes and sizes from midnight all the way to 4 am.

On the other hand, 5th and surrounding area only had a handful of walkers of which most were being followed closely by the handlers or looked very strung out.
