And when I pulled out I drove to the end of state at the light, as soon as I turned I got lit up by 2 cops. They said I was pulled over because my car had been spotted in an area frequented by drug dealers and prostitutes. They had no probable cause, didn't matter, still pulled me over and searched I'm sure would have gotten popped if I had anything on me.

So Lenny's one of those guys that makes his stops as obvious as possible because he believes he can say "I was talking to my friend" or "she was looking for a ride" and be scott-free.

Lenny, I am friends with a few police officers, you are correct on one point, they do need probable cause.

What you fail to realize, is that whenever they want to pull someone over, they can simply make up probable cause.

The car crossed the yellow line, the car was swerving a little, the driver looked suspicious, any number of reasons.

Never turned down a client because of location. I was profiled, 2 separate occasions I was pulled over leaving shady areas. Cops were upfront, wanted to know what my business was in that area. White guy, nice car (nice being relative), just a Corolla. I checked out and was on my way. Another time, I was parked legally on the street, completing documentation, startled by cop knocking on my window to check me out. I didn't like it, but glad I had a legitimate excuse.

That business card gave me carte blance permission to be in any neighbourhood at any time because when a cop stopped me, I would hand him my card, told him I was looking at neighbourhoods "to assess a baseline value for all properties for tax appreciation or depreciation". It was complete bullshit, but they didn't know that and it sounded official. When pressed I just said it was part of my job to figure out the average value of houses and with make tax valuations. Not one time did a cop ever ask me, "Can't that be done by looking at recent housing purchases on record? Because that's how it's usually done, with a few keystrokes on a computer. If they ask me why so late, I just start complaining about my boss who decided to change the deadline as to when I must submit my appraisals, and end with, "Bosses are such bullshit so now I got to do it in my off hours. ". Grammatically wrong, but it seems to hit a switch in the brain because everyone has had that same type of boss. From suspect, I am now a comrade-at-arms.

When I have been pulled over or have been approached I try to keep it respectful and play a bit dumb to what is going on in that area if I am there for nefarious reasons!

And there was a "White Oak Shopping Center" north of Dayton. Never been there myself, just did some searches comparing old and current online maps. Its showing that building area is now "Living Word Church".
