Like I said a good idea but I am being honest, my little head will not want to wait. That is probably a problem for many other providers. And many mongers do not give a damn, they blindly pay whatever the providers ask. Yes, I know that sounds dumb, very dumb, but it is so very true.
But it is true – Rates Asked by Providers Are Insanely Overpriced! What can we do to push provider rates down? There are a number of things, but really all of them count on getting 75 percent of the mongers involved, and we have all seen that is an impossible task. Fact is many mongers will pay the crazy rates either because they are dumb or they think paying more gives better quality or that over paying makes them more of a successful.
Probably the most realistic and effective way to get pussy prices down is 2 simple steps: First, in every review post the number of coins you paid! This lets other mongers know what she will accept and thus gives bargaining power to other mongers because they know what to raise to if she says no. But, sadly few, very few reviews do this step, including mine. Look at examples and see – few mongers give the amount he paid in his review – we all need to start listing the amount paid in ever review we post!
Second, tell the provider what you want and how much you will pay in your text. Example, say hi, etc then sat something like: HH full service and BBBJ warmup 100 roses, ready now, ok? If she says no, then you decide if you want to pay more, if not try a different provider. And even if she lists 150 hh in her ad, you decide what you will pay and tell her in your first text. Remember – she needs your $ in order to get her candy.

Here's a handful more that require some coordination. A group of probably 10 could make this effective.
1. Start a "provider interest" thread. Get PM's of other folks who are interested. Enough line up, OP messages provider, says "hey what kind of group discount can you run, there's ten of us interested at 'X' price?
2. This one's more to weed out the bad seeds. Anyone who posts about an "I got robbed" post, flood that provider with messages. Set up appt's, flake on them, whatever it takes. Get the bad actors out of town. Course, this relies on us being stand up, and not just posting that shit willy nilly. Know that (may have?) happened a few years back with one provider who did call her DB, but ol' boy was tryin for some backdoor play in the act or something? I dunno, just throwing ideas out there.

A thread of posts about rates paid is cool, although I hope all posted reviews going forward include a comment of the coins paid. I think that should be a keep point of every review. But, that is just an idea. If mongers universally do it and if it works, that remains to be seen.
Vigilante approach has many issues, and I personally would not like to fill a provider with appointments and then flake, even if she is crap. But that is just me personally. My goal is to lower the insane rates charged by providers, not actively weed out the bad ones.

Like you, I do not ask how much $ she wants – I start my text telling her I want such and such for $$. Notice, I am friendly, not confronting her or saying offer, I simply say I want to meet for such and such for $$.
Sometimes she tells me no, other times she says she needs $xx minimum, but most of the time she says ok and we have fun (at the $ I gave her).
I agree with you, she needs her candy to keep from getting sick, so she can say yes and get some $ from me to buy her candy or she can suffer dope sickness – it is her choice and she most often agrees to my $ offer!
It would help if everyone posted in their reviews a line saying how much $ they paid – that gives us all info of what she will take for a particular service. A monger can then offer her that amount or less, it is up to the monger. So, I hope mongers stat adding how much $ they paid in all their reviews.
