Provider Obsessed with Texting?
Just had another provider PM me and said she likes to text because it gives her time to think about what she's going to say in her reply. Sense I have no texting I offer this solution to the problem. Answer the phone when I call and I will ask you questions and then say good bye. Then you call me back after you thought about what you want to say. LOL.
Unlimited text on pre paid phones is cheap.
My cell phone bill is $27.47 a month and that includes all taxes, charges, etc. If I want texting it is another $20 dollars. Does not matter anyways because I do not want texting. I do not care to text.
If ya going to text, pick the right phone
I don't mind texting. In fact, in my business I burn up the lines as much with texts as conversation. My problem is when I got into this hobby and bought a burner I cheaped out and bought one that has only a numeric keypad, so texting words takes fuckin' forever. As long as the SP has the patience to wait for me to spell out the words using numbers, I really don't care.
As for being safe, the same rules apply to texts as they apply to any other contact, be it phone, in a hotel room or on the street. All I am interested in is intelligent conversation. If the talk strays from that then the conversation stops.
The next time I am due to add time to this damn cheap phone I think I will get one with a keypad and donate this cheapo to some worthy SW so she can loose it or drop it in a toilet.
Just my two cents.
C3.
