Let's just say that I'm LE, now what? It's not like I'm asking for anyone's information. I haven't posted in six months cause I didn't have anything to post. I registered to look at the pictures.
And, actually I have read some useful info on these forums. Some of which I should have followed more closely, and perhaps I wouldn't have gotten busted.
I came here looking for help or advice from people who have been in this same type of situation. If you're not going to help just fuck off man, seriously.

If he is LE, where is the gain? Is there a new law that allows them to prosecute you for hypothetically talking about sex?
Anyway his story is that he talked to a "SW" then drove off, got on the FWY, got off a few exits later, and was stopped by LE and detained.
Further states that the girl in question was not LE, but was working with them, one of several doing this.
I warned everyone sometime back that Bratton would resort to using real girls as decoys, it seems like now he has made this move if this poster is to be believed.

I do not want to know exactly what happened, and you would be smart not to say here, but if you suggested or agreed to meet her and she was wired then in Ind they have you, even if you were" joking". Get a lawyer he/she will get the "disscussion" (police statement and their proof) and then you go from there. A friend had a nightmare similar to yours. P.S. Do not leave anything out to your attorney because he might accidently walk into something instead of around.

Why did you believe that a conversation alone would not get you busted?
You may have a valid chance at beating the charges due to no furtherance act on your part(you didn't meet her and instead drove off), but cops can and still will arrest you if you agreed to have sex for money(or items). Even if you tried to "disguise" those terms by saying stuff like "date" instead of "BJ" or whatever.
Theres a reason that one of the basic monger rules is to not discuss anything until the girl is in your car, you are driving off, and you have both felt each other up.
What a terrible story. One of the reasons why I'm probably going to stay off of the streets at night, getting way too crazy out there. Worked late last weekend and decided to drive down Fig from downtown to the 105. Not much until good ol' 98th st area. The problem was there were way too many mongers out there and it was 3:30 am. Easy pickins for LE. I usually do the daytime thing, tell the girl I'm on my way back to work, ask for the digits and call her later that evening to set something up. This can work out great and is usually a bit safer.

So long as you do not admit to engaging in any illicit activity, they really have nothing on you. The key is that you NEVER admit to any hint of doing anything illegal. They can and may keep cards and records of you and your vehicle in their database. However, if you have no illegal substances, weapons, or other contraband in your vehicle and have not actually done anything, then DO NOT SAY A WORD. Don't explain yourself if in any way. There is no reason for you to explain anything to the police officer. Simply ask, "Am I being charged with something? ". If you are, keep your mouth shut. If you're not, then why are you being detained? It is important to ask WHY you were pulled over. Don't argue whether the reason was good or not, just make sure you have documentation of the incident along with the officers' names and badge numbers. The number of the marked vehicle wouldn't hurt either.
Law enforcement rarely has a good case against anyone unless they are stupid enough to confess to a crime. Take it to court and fight it yourself if need be, an attorney would be better though a good defense attorney may not be cheap. Police may harass you, but unless you are caught doing something wrong, they really can't do anything without your cooperation as far as hanging you goes. You hold the rope. Don't give them any to hang you with.
You may wish to keep your own records regarding who pulled you over and the Probably Cause cited for doing so. This may make the biggest difference in your case. If you have been previously harassed and forced to fill out a "card", you may wish to keep your own notes regarding that incident. I myself would never fill out such a card. I would not sign anything except a ticket. If the officer has a problem with it, he can take further action and if it proves to be inappropriate, it will be added to his file (jacket) along with the other citizen's complaints.
You may wish to consider making a purchase or two from a local business on either side of the track. That way you have dated receipts that show you have regular legitimate business in that area. The receipts do not have to match the exact date. Credit card receipts will be sufficient. These may prove useful if you find yourself in the position of having to defend "driving down the street". There are a multitude of reasons for why you might go around a block more than once.

What you say makes plenty of sense and it sounds good in theory, but when you've got the bright flashers and floods in your face, and a girl sitting next to you who you know nothing about, it can be tough to keep your wits.
When I got pulled over, I had a girl in my car and we were both fully clothed and no acts were being performed. In fact, we saw LE coming (about 100 ft away) and both of us tried to exit the vehicle (casually) as if we were going into a nearby house. We were told to get back in the car.
The biggest concern was if the girl had any drugs, weapons, etc. Thankfully, she had ID that was legit with no priors. I have a clean record as I'm a law abiding, tax-paying citizen. Be as it may, when the officer finally came back to my vehicle and stated that we were getting a "get out of jail free" card, it was only reasonable to cooperate.
Fortunately, he asked her most of the questions and did get her to admit that she was "working." When asked, I simply stated that I was giving her a lift to get out of the rain. He didn't buy it, but I kept my mouth shut and he redirected more questions too her. By the time he was finished, she had done most of the talking, but said nothing that could really incriminate the both of us engaging in anything illegal.
Overall, he knew she was working and suspected I was looking, but a crime was never comitted, and thus the "shakedown card" was utilized to act as a deterrant from either of us being in the area again.
Started at Manchester Ave.and went south on Figeueroa St. Saw Sexy,BSW,who I met back on 1-16-08 at 104th St but kept going. At 121st,met Tracy,BSW,who I met back on 12-30-08. Went to a spot nearby and did the deed for $20. Service was OK. After finishing wtih Tracy,met Roslyn,BSW,who I also met on 12-30-08. She wanted to do the deed but I had to decline as I was out of funds. Not much was going on during the times I cruised today-I think the rain may have kept most of the ladies in. Decided to call it a day as it was expected to rain later on,and told Roslyn I would try to catch her another time. Hope This Helps.
