Your safest bet is to do a ton of research and avoid the places that everyone is talking about and take anything said by the guys who post endlessly about the flavors of the week with a grain of salt. This place below has been reopened at least 3 times since this article, neighbors complain the police shut them but that's it. There is a thread on here about a foot massage place that neighbors and other businesses complained to the alderman on nextdoor and got it shut down.
