If I get a hit then I use Kentucky.arrests.org to see if they have been arrested. Multiple arrests for candy and theft problems is an obviously red flag. I have seen providers with literally dozens and dozens. There is also a website (google KY Kool) that will show if someone is on parole. You would be surprised how many providers have absconded (violated their parole by not reporting.). Not a red flag, but if someone rips you off or tries to black mail you then you could turn them in.

I am not a stalker by any means, but I like to know who I am dealing with, and how much risk I will be taking. Hasn’t failed me yet.
