Too much money involved not to. How hard is it to get some licensed people? I wonder how this effects places like opulence that are borderline. I'm assuming they have at least some licensed therapists. I guess it's also debatable if extra's are available there consistently and from whom.

Hey guys so I'm a massage place virgin, never been to any kind like an AMP or even a legit chain massage place but I like the attractive girls at Opulence. I understand going there means no extras which I'm fine with I am actually just looks for a good massage from a hot girl bc I do have back soreness that could use a good rub down. Any recommendation on who to see or if there's another place that would be better. I just saw the opulence site and Facebook page and like the attractive girls. Plus it's a good location I wouldn't have to travel far.

*Perhaps* FE and Harmony can find a work around, but not doing business as FE and Harmony. My guess is that both will close down. The same operators may open again in different locations. But the city is determined to shut these places down. The AMPs have no interest in being in a bright spotlight.

Yes, it's big money. But that doesn't mean that the money has to stay in Rhode Island. This could easily become an AMP dead zone.

Did a stop recently, drew a heavy set girl, name started with a P I think. Decent overall from what can be expected here now I think. Maybe if you went enough, but she was pretty set on just a handy and I knew that going in. But she did not just jackhammer it home and seemed to understand all the little things that make it better.

So even if RI loses all the FS hopefully they can maintain this quality.

For a place with longer term employees like opulence that's not a deal breaker, but for a place that turns over almost their entire staff every few weeks it's a lot of red tape. Especially given how little English some of the women speak. I honestly have no idea what spaworker's visa situations are but pretty sure most aren't US citizens, do if they don't have a work visa they technically can't work so they aren't going to be able to provide the info needed to get registered / certified.

They claim they only do this work at spa's away from there home towns since they do not want people to know what they do. When I mentioned the new rules they all say no problem we have license. Now I do doubt most the girls coming from new york will be getting RI individual license. As to their immigration status, most speak English better than you think, most came here legally and appear to have current status. Other than the ones that move on to the grandma shops we see in Quincy and Waltham type areas seems like the majority are 30 to 40 yo women spending a couple years to make some serious cash and then they are out. I'm guessing there will be a crack down, places will close, some will come back like smilers and over time things will loosen up to about NMS level of service at some. FS AMPs will be more like the AAMPs we see in Alston, Brighton and Quincy no more store fronts and they will open and close as LEO finds out and complaints are made. Only issue for mongers is they are not arresting us for store fronts like FE and Harmony. They will be making arrests and having stings for FS AAMPs. JMHO.

Eliminating the pimped forced labor stereotype of American media.

Many / most advocates of legalization / decriminalization are feminists. They argue that the enlightenment shown by Rhode Island & others BETTERS women's safety, health, economics and freedom.

The political / media portrayal of forced service & exploitation just doesn't exist at the organized spa level. And they all know that.

Sad, the zealots have so manipulated this issue that to attempt a factual discussion is suicidal.

Dreamed that this afternoon, Far East was crowded. So went to Harmony, though I found the quality is less there. Understood the town is going to crack down after Thanksgiving. Got to line up. Found two okay, too hot, and the third, coco, a solid 9. She is 26, great face, almost red hair, taller than most, thin, but not too thin, athletic, but not muscular. TS, good massage, heavy on the back, cracking shoulders kind of thing, but good, great backside and perfect Cs. Standard fee rangement, CBJ, FS, quality service. Thorough clean up. Home run hit, I would highly recommend. She has 2 months of a tour remaining.

Has anyone spent time with Laura Lake in Rhode Island area. How was experience.

I am not an immigration expert, but my understanding is that unless you have a green card or a work visa you aren't allowed to have a job or work in the US. It's harder to get a work visa than it is a tourist or student visa neither of which let you work (student visas allow some work but are usually limited to student jobs related to where they are going to school). AFAIK work visas are specific and only for a specific job, I can't see the US government officially granting work visas to women who do body rubs. If they have work visas to do something different they are eligible for deportation.

Maybe they all have green cards, what do I know?

I'm no immigration expert either, but based on my dealings with spa girls, most who come here enter the US on tourist visas, and then, some of them go through "fake" marriages (to US citizens) and get provisional green cards. Actually, I too were propositioned for a marriage when I was living in Houston, for a fee of course, though I didn't go through with it. (One failed marriage was enough for me!) So, the ones who have been living here for some time probably do have green cards, and it wouldn't be a problem for them to get a license and work legally.

I should also mention...tourist visas are short term. I think, 6 months, and perhaps, can be extended for another 6. So if they can't go through a marriage during this initial stay, they will have to go back, and the cycle continues. And of course, the ones who are here on tourist visas cannot work legally.

I believe all the women working at RI spas are in the country legally so of course they can come and go (subject to visa restrictions of course), I just said I would be surprised if they all can WORK in the US legally. Obviously if they are citizens or have green cards they can work.
