Senior Monger here with a question:
I've been out of the loop with the usual AMPs (Covid, their closures etc. , for these months), but I'm wondering what current experience anyone has had or is having with one of my "go tos" -- 3429. Any insights / updates / current info on talent, on your recent experiences, etc. , etc. , would be appreciated. PM me if you prefer.
For my contribution, I will tell you that my recent experience at the North Tryon spot (Aura) was "meh" - good not great massage, the owner was the only therapist there (and I suspect that will remain the case for a while, until they -- and others -- get back on their feet financially (she let me know it's been tough these last few months, which we know). Sadly this spot used to be the home of my ATF, who returned to China, I understand. So while the owner is a decent massage therapist, for me there was / is no chemistry / connection so I suspect I would (again, as I did last week) leave relaxed but not happy.
Her technique is decent, she allows UTR up top, with no objection. But she's not "for me" or at least not a connection. So, if you want a nice massage, I can still recommend, but that's it.
