The million dollar question I've been waiting for. I did not look it up, but had a medical professional mention in passing that these PrEP medications are not as benign as one would think. Other than the initial nausea and metallic after taste that I experienced, there are the kidney issues that they could cause later. Some say that the virus would kill them long before then.

Google descovy side effects, in my opinion nausea for the first week or two is worth what it prevents.
