I don't know about Sunny Spa but the case from Tiger has not been dismissed nor is there any activity. The forfeiture of cash by all the people involved was enormous. The Tiger Spa people were told that there would never be new permits for massage issued for Warren ever again. They surmise that Sun is going raw dawg with no massage permit.
If true only a matter of time.

I'll be the first, sunny
Nobody there, no one came, except me, while I visited. Greeted by Kim, mamasan I assume, taken to room and was told Cindy would be with me momentarily. The good, everything is fresh, new carpet, sauna shower clean and there still renovating. Cindy was nice, table shower which has sorely missed was good as well. No negotiations, only asked what I wanted, she said ok and left for a second and came back with a platter with a towel lube and 2 covers. Not sure why two maybe msog dunno? BBBJ, daty multi positions. Massage to start, more massage and back walk to finish, full amount of time. The down side, no kissing, not for everyone I know but I prefer the GFE, body slide would be a nice perk, it's been off the table for so long now, Kim if you are mama bring it back. As far as Cindy goes a bit older, what used to be the norm in warren, I bit taller pretty slender with some not over sized man mades (I think). Kind of like a 50 k Michelin tire with 40 k on it. Still good but when kicking tires something a little lower mileage would be nice but over all fills a giant year plus void. The fact they are dumping money in makes me believe they have all the proper licensing which is no guarantee they won't be raided tomorrow but again if you didn't have what is required by the city why renovate. 70 for the house 140 for the college fund, was going to do 120 brought 140 not knowing what to expect, felt she earned the extra Jackson.

Was anyone here ever contacted or approached at all after (or prior to) the bust last year?

I can't find anything Criminal or civil on either spa. This is definitely public knowledge and there is no way to keep it utr after a grand jury indictment! Please post the case #, court system or a link so we can see this for ourselves. Besides Tigers tax lein, that's about it. Thank you and really looking forward to this info.

Sun permit
I'm curious how it is open again? Did the state lose the court battle? The city allowed the permit? How does this all work?
Jeannie had her attorney investigate sun spa. Was told they have are fully permitted to do spa massages. The city found a way to issue permit.

#2 there is no charges.
#3 there is no court case (#2).
# 4 Jeannie didn't need a lawyer to look in to Sunnys license, it is public knowledge. Whoever said they where flying utr don't understand occupancy permit and general government operations.
#5 The Money! Sara is the registered owner of Tiger. Either her or an agent of hers would have to come forward and say the $100,000 belongs to me and I want it back! Once that happened there would be multiple charges filed against her and she could potentially look at an unfavorable legal situation! No ask, no give! As of now, the state has the money and it is unclaimed and after the proper cooling period it will be claimed by the prosecutors office.
Again, I looked for the cases you spoke of and can't find a morsel of evidence. Please share with us?
Tell Jeannie to be truthful and tell you that they haven't asked to reopen the spa or tried to license it again.
Be careful out there fellows and make sure you are well rehearsed on the right and wrong answers for the boys in blue. I got a hunch that there is more to the Warren spa scene than meets the eye!

He's got a point
Remember, it's an election year. Border security is being tied to human trafficking. Biden needs a big win. Husted is looking for positive headlines to distract people from First Energy.

I agree with your observations. Just a general question to the board. If you should be stopped by the police can you truly remain silent? Isn't refusing to answer questions grounds for some type of punishment? Ticket, or detention, or arrest?

Regards,
H19.
First off, I love good no drama conversation based on reality, Police can't arrest or detain you unless there is truly evidence that you partook in a crime. Silence and short direct statements are always your best friend! Don't be an asshole or ignorant! I'm sorry officer, am I being detained for something! If not, I have nothing g to share with you and I would like to be on my way! Will they play games and try to trick you! 100% yes! If they ask where you where at, tell them. Why? I got a massage! Where you offered any sexual service! Shockingly!! What, I got a massage and that was it! The reason you got pulled over was a failure to signal lane change, tinted glass, swerving, left of center. Ask them to please write the ticket for the traffic violation if that is what it is for! They won't, and that's it!
I had this happen to me last year in in Tallmadge leaving Pearl spa and I kept cool calm and collected. Cop asked if I was day drinking? I said as a matter of fact. I don't drink alcohol at all! Where are you coming from? Pearl Spa! I got a massage! Do not lie. They know the truth of where you where and lying will open doors you can't close!
The less you speak the better off you are!
The less you speak the better off you are!
This is the main point right here.
For a traffic stop it really shouldn't matter where you are going or coming from. Those questions have no bearing on an improper lane change or whatever. Don't say anything, but if you do answer about "where you coming from", as IOC said, don't lie. They already know the answer. If you lie to them about the thing they already know, they will suspect you are lying about everything and continue to pressure you.
Keep it polite, keep it brief, and keep it on topic (of they say you didn't stop, didn't signal, didn't have your seatbelt on, whatever, just ask for the ticket and be on the way. If they ask you questions about the spa, there is nothing illegal about getting a massage.
