Leaving GR last night I saw that SWs are appearing again on Connell Avenue that runs along side. Some would have to be some kind of drunk, high, to absolutely desperate to pick up any of them. Went to Fib around 9:30 to after 10 tonight wasn't hardly anyone out except 2 fat darkskin BSW at the stop sign behind strip clubs. I didn't even see Niki and her crew out and nothing at the Fulton Inn. I saw a few at the Valero nothing special and no LE in sight. So after 10 still nothing out as the few that was out disappeared.
