Some of the changes were seeing are good but is it too much to ask that a little effort be made to do some research before posting. I have seen post where you could have found the info 3 post down if you would have been reading before you ask. You get from this board the effort you put into it. Some things in life are earned and are not handed out like candy at the candy store. Also if someone has indicated that they did some research and couldn't find it goes along way as well.
