Purse snatchers, etc.) and instead go after the easy people who are causing the least harm, the old senior jaywalkers, the massage parlors, etc.

I know some guys who never carry it with them, but legally you are supposed to have it. If I wasn't driving in Bangkok and Pattaya, I probably would have never gotten carded, ever. IDL by itself wasn't good enough at a checkpoint. They wanted to see the passport along with it. I got let go with a slap on the wrist that time, but after that, police never had issues with the photocopy (with the stamp) and my IDL.

I noticed two new massage locations when walking in Waikiki. One is next to the Subway's on Kalakaua near McCully and the other is on Ena Road next to the Irish Rose Saloon. Anyone tried them out, yet?
