Is deja vu done or are they still good to go?
Just stopped by diamond club, and it seems like its getting better. The girls arent quite up to par, but the waitresses are pretty nice looking. Hopefully theyll start dancing soon. LOL.
I was there about a month ago and a little spinner that goes by "Baby" said there was rumor of a LE crackdown coming. I suspect most of the clubs are playing it safe until after elections.
-jj.
Doll house seems like a hit or miss for me. I was just there a couple hours ago, and it felt pretty dead. Even the cutie that was dancing for me gave me a "no fun in the VIP" kind of vibe. Got a couple dances and a couple of drinks and got the hell out of there. YMMV tho.

I'm visiting Atlanta this weekend and was thinking about hitting a strip club on Sunday to watch NFL games and enjoy the ladies at halftime. Some if the ones I've seen listed here don't appear to be open on Sundays. Does anyone know if there are some and what type are they. From my reading I get the impression that there are a lot of "black" clubs, thar some have described as tuning ghetto. I'm a middle aged white guy, assuming I didn't act like an idiot I'm guessing I would be safe? FYI, I'm staying in the Buckhead area.
Thanks
Mutger,
The clubs in Fulton county are closed on Sundays, but the nearby counties are open for sure.
BTW, does it seem like the quality at follies is starting to go downhill? Or is it just me?
It's probably just the day you happened to be there. The quality is as good as ever, but once in a while it seems like all the hottest girls decide to take the day off. Then the next time I go, there'll be more than I can ever have time for. And there's no rhyme or reason to which day of the week can be feast or famine. Just when I begin to think that Tuesdays are always heaven and Fridays are crap, it all flips.
Is deja vu done or are they still good to go?
I passed by Deja Vu around 5am Sunday morning and it looked like they were open. Cars in the lots and across the street.
Mutger,
The clubs in Fulton county are closed on Sundays, but the nearby counties are open for sure.
Not sure how old the post you quoted was but I'll add to your answer: Yes. Fulton Cty = Closed on Sundays.
So yes that does leave many of the Black Clubs but also some white / mixed ones too. Of note Follies, Pink Pony & Oasis
Sorry gents, had to get ghost for a while, but I'm back. Reports to come. Time to recon Pleasers.
Sorry gents, had to get ghost for a while, but I'm back. Reports to come. Time to recon Pleasers.
Miss seeing your reports! Not sure of your last time to Pleasers, but they made some adjustments under new ownership, although it appears to be going back to normal now. Some of the same girls, a few new faces (or girls from other clubs). At one point, Friday nights were getting a little too crowded for my taste, but it was laid back on my last Friday nite trip.
Realtime report from mardi gras:
Kinda sucks. I've never really had a good time here, but at least they had alot of cute young girls. Granted, it is a wed night, but quality has dropped considerably. Not a single girl over a 7/10. And they mostly seem bitchy. Seriously, if it isnt a "fun" club, then there should be some serious hottis, right? WTF is happening to all our beloved atl clubs? I don't want to have to go to follies everytime just for a decent time.

I see variety there plus seems to be some ability to have a regular discussion with a girl who isn't bitchy. The club seems to have a fun vibe. Some interesting possibilities at the club, but nothing too exciting to report.

I actually didn't make it to Pleasers because as I was walking out the door, I found out my wallet wasn't anywhere it should be, LOL. I ended up not being able to get out in time. That said, I have been doing my share of getting out lately. Let me get to this run down:
Strokers: Now, last time I was there was around April or May to be honest. The only day I would go would be Monday, as dances are two for one (not five dollar dances, but two dances for ten dollars). Depending on the girl, you can get decent mileage, but not the best. You are paying a bit for atmosphere here, only the management seems to not realize they have lost much of the atmosphere over the years. It's still a nice place, but no VIP means not as much fun. Don't waste your hard earned dimes here, maybe your easily earned dimes, but not the hard ones, gents.
Babes: Still in the middle of some sort of weird, halfassed rebuilding program. They have ran most of the girls out, and most of what they ran in kind of looks almost the same, but not quite. The thing I loved about this place was that I always had one or two goto's no matter how hard times are. Now, one of them still works there (apologies, don't remember her dance name, just her real name, she has tats of paw prints on her ass. Oh, that's it! Remy!) but since she has tried to step her self up as the club went up (new hair do, more make up, etc.) , she forgot to keep giving me the old Bankhead treatment. So, in short, the good part about the changes is that the light skinned security guard who is known for basically being a one man amateur vice squad is no longer working as often, and depending on the girl, you can get pretty good service in the VIP. The bad part is that with all the new faces, I'm running into a lot of wannabe hustlers, but fuck it, the $20 ridiculously long time limit VIP price makes up for it. Bring umbrella, ask for Ritz in the VIP. Pricing may vary in the VIP, but I would think mileage is still more than available with her.
Wax: They definitely have the game fucked up. The last time I've been has been a couple of months because of their insistence of bending over not only the females who work there, but the customers as well. The VIP used to be free before 1PM, then it was $30 until 5 or 6, now it's $40 for the daytime VIP, and $60 for the nighttime VIP unless something has recently changed. The light skinned manager is a *****, he's the one that's completely screwed up the place per the girls dancing there and per Leroy, as he once tried to get over on me on my VIP dance, but I raised objection in the proper fashion and my money was returned for the VIP dance that never happened. The dark skinned, older manager who usually wears a ballcap is cool, but he has no power. The drink prices are still good, and if you like that old timey, lounge feeling of going in a place and seeing scantily clad (note, not naked) women, then you might like it. Those of us who remember the place for what it was, though, as of now, we're probably over it.
Diamonds (white) : Heh, fell off in here by accident back in July. Anyone who knows my posts knows I don't do the white spots too tough, but this was where the GPS sent me. I thought something was wrong, but to hell with it, I was there, so I went with it. There were a few nice ladies when I was there, one black girl who I monopolized for awhile who was actually thick, not spinner type, so that made my day. That said, the drink prices were ridiculous and nothing really stood out about the place.
Diamonds (black) : Last time I was there was about two months ago. The problem with Diamonds is just that these uppity black spots need to understand that they can have a thriving day shift if they wanted to, just stop allowing the girls to come in at 4PM! If you open at 12, have women there at 12. That said, drinks and food are a bit pricey, but the presentation is nice, and all the bartenders are really cool. Should you do the VIP there, don't do the one closest to the entrance because somehow, that seems to be the only way into the manager's office as well! When I did VIP there, as the dances were going on in the dayshift, no problem, but once the nightshift started, people would be trickling in and out. It wasn't security being nosey as much as it was just people who worked there who seemed like they were heading to an office or storage or something of the sort. Beware the female security guard. Nosy broad broke up my party there by telling the girl who was dancing for me, in VIP, mind you, that she couldn't do a split handstand for me while I was sitting in the chair. She didn't walk in to my hand (or anything else) in something strange, by the way, just me with my hands on her thighs spreading it wade open. It was pretty, I tell ya. Haven't checked it out at night, but the place is nice, and the dances have decent, could be worse mileage at that. Food is good too. I like it, but they need more girls and they need more girls there early.
Blaze: It's the spot, until they know you got money. Once that happens and you don't dance with the same girl, all types of rumors will be floating about. If you don't fit that bill, no offense, but you will have a ball. More to come on this and more positive reviews (Pinups, Follies, Onyx) later. Right now, I have a housedate with Isa from the Backpage massage section, and I need a shower.

Will be in atl 2nd week of dec on a thur and fri. Any recommendation for best white SC to visit? I've RTFF and see no concensus choice.

Welcome to Atlanta. Enjoy your visit.
Gina or Jenna is a nice older gal who is built like a brick shit house. She worked at Roosters. 24K and Mardi Gras. I heard she was working at The Diamond Club. Does anyone know or know where she is?

The following are mostly white clubs.
Cheetah
Pink Pony.
Oasis.
Mardi Gras.
Follies.
Tattletale.
Shooter's Alley.
Good luck.

Score take out (or two) as a nightcap?
The answers vary accordingly!

I've been in plenty of black clubs that had a couple of "other" types, but its typically still referred to as a black club and I've seen what I consider as white clubs with a few "other" types, but it seems quite a few will refer to them as mixed clubs, which is too loose a term depending on the club.

Blaze (continued) : Another issue with Blaze is that they replaced the barstools on the bottom side. Now the stools have open backs when the others did not. This is probably due in part to me because I used to use them to set up a corner office of sorts in the corner by the TV that was pretty much impenetrable by prying eyes and the camera. Even though I have my share of haters in there, girls overall are cool and it's still a decent spot with plenty of options. The VIP has improved in that (at least in my last experience there) it is always lights off now with the exception of a bit of the blue neon light. Drink prices are still the best in the town and the music is still pretty good. It seems more laid back now, but less able to get away with 'funner' stuff, if that makes any sense. Girls are quick to give their number out though, business or social.
Magic City: There are some gorgeous women at Magic City, especially on the night shift. In terms of quality, the best looking girls in Atlanta work here in my opinion. Maybe Onyx is as good or better, but I rarely do night shift there. Still a very friendly place, as the bathroom guy there is awesome (for real, I hate most bathroom guys as they want a tip for something I would do myself anyway like grab a paper towel and pump my own soap) but this guy is a freaking professional. Take care of him if you're there. There won't be a ton of mileage to be had there but the girls will be nice, look good, smell good, and did I say gorgeous? I caught a few phone numbers out of there, but I think both the girls and myself are too busy to seriously pursue it. The one issue I had was how the bartender sucked and was always on her cell phone, but last time I was there, there was a white girl tending to the bar and she was excellent.
Pinups: I've had the ultimate love / hate relationship with Pinups. In '04 it was fantastic, bad ass chicks everywhere with freaky intentions. FS on the floor, FS in the VIP, whatever. Then around '07, '08, '09 they were full of themselves (DJ always cutting songs short, ridiculous security monitoring your dances, and the thing that pissed me off the most: you couldn't even take cigarettes or Black and Milds in there that you didn't buy there) and I gave them a break. Truth be told, after the manager was killed there is when it got better again. Fancy that. It's now one of my favorites in Atlanta. It's not the freakfest it was in '04, but the selection of ladies is fantastic. I love 'them with ass, and there's plenty of that there for the most part. Dayshift even has a few quality 8's roaming around most of the time. They came down a bit of their ridiculous drink prices, and the DJ is doing less of (but it still happens from time to time) song slashing. Dances are still some of the best mileage in Atlanta, with a rare airdancer tossed in for shits and giggles. Nightshift no longer feels like the hustle that it was, and do yourself a favor and pay the $10 bucks for the roped off section as the dances there are much better, and you deal with less bullshit as most people who pay to get in there just want to drink their drinks and get some dances. Do yourself another favor and don't expect much in the VIP. There is a longshot chance but it's not high at all. Lastly, though, do yourself a favor and understand, at least for BHL, these girls are the quickest to give out their number / hang out with you than any in the city. Just talk to them, most of them are down to earth and just want to go out and have some drinks from time to time. I'm almost to the point of saturation there but it's so cool that I keep going back even though I've probably knocked off four girls there in the last couple of months.
Onyx: That damn T-Bone steak there is good! Get the T-Bone steak daytime special if you go there. I'm not a steak connoisseur by any means, but that shit is good! The club itself is the nicest looking black club in Atlanta, along with Diamonds. I like how managment handles things there, as I had a problem with the bartender on a tipping issue (I tipped her a LOT on the drink, but she didn't do her math right, and complained about the size of the tip) , I spoke with the manager there and he offered me two free drinks on my next visit, which he honored. The bartender also was much better behaved, as she usually sucks and is on her cell phone all day. I only do dayshift, so I don't see too many of the 10's the nightshift there boasts. That said, it's some decent to pretty girls in there overall, and the good part is most of them are new to the town, and are very social and open to going out as well. Now, if you're looking to play in or out the club, it's not too much to be had in the dayshift there. Dances are decent to straight mileage for the most part, and dances are $5 until four, and $5 all day on Mondays. If you're willing to pay $10 a dance later on in the day, there are some knockouts in there. There is an older dancer there named Matrix who is super cool and gives the best massage (100% therapeutic) in the city, hands down. If you're there, ask for her and get a massage at the bar. Please take care of her, as she's good folks. 100% lesbian, but so down to earth that I didn't even want to see her naked after a while, LOL. Seriously though, best massage in Atlanta. I have jacked up my back and shoulders and lift weights a lot still, and she's the only one that can relieve the pain in my left shoulder.
Follies: Now it's time for the big one. Even though I've been hearing about it here and from coworkers for years, I had been holding out on this place because, as aforementioned, I do mostly black spots and can't stand the idea of $10 dances. Silly me. WOW. Drink prices are exorbitant, the waitresses are lazy, and the bathroom guy sucks, but everything else is pretty much perfect. Mileage, Mileage, and more mileage. There is enough there for everyone, from those who like pretty spinners to those who prefer TnA. There's even a Russian girl there with ass! It's fantastic! The VIP has been hit or miss with me as well, but when I hit, I freakin' hit home runs! Get there early though, as it fills up mighty quickly, and for good reason.
Uh, I still need to check out Pleasers again, I hear some people saying Foxy Lady is ok, but everytime I go, I'm leaving one beer later so I didn't even want to take the time to completely review it, and I heard Rocafellas has gone totally bucked naked. Haven't had time to check it out again though, but just so happened to be in the parking lot getting food one Saturday night and the place is packed, I mean packed late night. Girls and customers, and one of the girls I knew to be one of the freakiest chicks at Wax, so I will try to check it out when I can. Dancer's Elite has been renamed Stiletto's but they open so late to where I haven't been able to check it out. I haven't been to Queen City in over a year, and I'm not in a rush to go. Shooter's just isn't my type of party. I've been there a few times are there are some good looking women there, but the entire setup reminds me of the cheap white clubs in Tampa. No fun for me.
That's it for now, gents.

I admit to being a horrible tipper and nver had a bartender really give me issue over it. At least $1 / drink. Sometimes $2 or $3 on your first one. I'm not talking crazy make it rain tips just solid above average tips. Fair disclosure: I'm also one that advocates strategically buying ladies cocktails.
They notice the guy that pays $6. 50 or $6. 75 for his beer and leaves just the quarter tip.
I've heard that the day shift at Shooters Alley is a lot more "mixed". True?
It depends if you classify Mexican and asian dancers as black or white. Some are very white, and some are very brown. Anyway, there are nice looking women in any race. For me, it is more of a body style issue. I love spinners and hate big butts. Different strokes for different folks. For spinners, Cheetah, pink pony, tattletale, Mardi Gras got to be rated up there. Oasis can be included but there have a few big booties as well. If you are not a spinner, you can't even get a job at C, PP, T and MG.
Enough said.
I was in Tattletale Sat nite and the place was very hopping. Hard to get a table. The old tattletale had a lot more room but these new VIP rooms took too much space. Now the club is very congested in a good nite. Too much for me. I moved to the O after one drink.

Just make the drink an even $6 or 7! I can only speak for my own escapades and tipping waitresses and bartenders has never made my experiences better. I can see how the case can be made if you are there frequently where they know you on sight. Even then, I think the best you would get is stronger drinks (a non-issue if you are a beer drinker).
But you quoted at least a modest price. I'm speaking more towards the $10 and above area. But even if you don't tip or "tip right", why bring it up to mgmt? You paid your cover, paid for your drinks and everything else you do is up to your discretion unless you get out of line.
Magic City: Its been so long since I've been here. Just can't get with the air dance, but I'm tempted just to see some of the World Star booty twerking chicks in there.
Pinups: I rarely get to this club. Mainly because I can't figure out the fastest way of getting here. All the other clubs I can quickly hop on / off an interstate. Seems like I always take the longest, scenic route when trying to find this place.
Onyx: I thought this place was all air dance, too! If I recall, parking can get tight in this area.
Follies: I know the majority of the board loves this place. Still on the fence on if I'll find someone with a serious donk here, but BHL endorsement might loosen me to the idea!
Rocafella. I had a good time here in my one and only visit so far which was back in August. Word of mouth has probably got this place at the right point by now!
Foxy is only good if you're more into body than face and can find the right vibe. I have some regs here who take care of me pretty good.
Queen city: You might've seen my reivew already. Don't think its worth going out of the way but if you package it so you hit that and Deja Vu (if its still open) in the same night it might be ok. I'll be making rounds again after Thksgiving.

Best seat as usual is the back wall near VIP where you can slip a rubber on and get your oil changed and tires rotated for a fee.
LOL! I had to add one more comment from BHL reviews. As you might guess, the bathroom guy is another peeve of mine in both strip and night clubs. Not sure how many are familiar with this hustle where certain clubs have a "bathroom" attendant that carry stocks of candy, gum, sex toys & gimmicks, etc. My peeve is only with the ones that want to be tipped to turn on the water, squirt some soap in your hand and give you a paper towel as you exit. Obviously, I can do these things for myself and depending on the club, the soap and paper were stocked before this dude arrived. Keep in mind, they are not janitors, so there are NOT actually cleaning toilets, etc. At most, they wipe down the sink before they set up shop.
I remember a dude hounding me in Babes to buy cologne and / or incense and spraying me with all kinds of stuff! I'm trying to wave this guy off, because I don't want to smell like anything other than smoke, which I can easily explain, vice the cologne that I don't usually use. I've even been in some clubs where they have a chick making rounds selling teddy bears and roses. REALLY? For a stripper? Has it gotten that serious? But if the bathroom guy can give some valuable intel on who's down or not, I would actually value that type of info!

Sure he's going to hassle you to buy his shit once he has your ear, but do yourself a favor and buy something off him from time to time, and shoot the shit with him. He's a Bastion of Information. He knows a lot of what's going on around the SC scene both in Babes and a lot of other places.
I think I'm going to try Shooter's again. One of the girls I had a ball with in VIP at Follies used to work there and claimed the VIP's at Shooters were better, more private, whatever. Can anyone confirm?

If you're coming from the West or Downtown, then you need to take 20 and get off on Moreland, turn left (toward the city and away from Foxy Lady and Blaze) , go up to Josea Williams and turn right going past the school (make sure to drive speed limit or within five miles of it at all times) , go to Howard and turn left (This is a tricky turn somewhat because Howard is also on the right a little further down and is easier to see, but trust me, it's a left) , keep riding through the Kirkwood residential area and all the stop signs and the road curves around and turns into College. Ride that up to Sams Xing and turn left, and turn right on Ponce and drive about 5 or 6 seconds and it's right there on the left. It took me years to find that route, LOL.

Yeah, if your not familiar with Avondale (which I'm not) and your operating without GPS, it can be a challenge. Appreciate the trip tip, BHL! I've been basically going diagonally northeast from the downtown area, sticking straight on Ponce de leon to keep from getting lost. Its just not an area I've been too for anything else except Pin ups (and a nightclub I found by accident when I went a little too far).
And the Babes dude is ok. He doesn't hawk me like he used to! But, man, when he first used to see me, he'd just spray away without even asking!
LOL
Simplest way to Pin-Ups in my opinion is Moreland Left on Dekalb Ave (its the overpass, you drive under, then loop back around to get on it) Left on Commerce Right on Ponce.
From Downtown area that is.
