So unless they're just collecting evidence on plates and the like, I wouldn't put much stock into it. That's not saying they aren't subject to a raid at any time. But that's the risk you take when you, as the customer, drive to an organized business.
Again, I'm not saying not to be paranoid, but if it bothers you, I definitely recommend driving away. The one time you don't trust your instincts could be a disaster.
