Did you read your own link?
With respect, you're not entirely correct. Cops around the country fuck prostitutes all the time. Here's one example of a state trying to make it illegal to fuck in the course of an investigation and the police backlash:

I just want to make a final observation that the link MLG cited above goes contrary to his assertion that police around the country fuck prostitutes all the time. Speaking in the context of actual condoned law enforcement and not corruption. We know they corruptly fuck prostitutes all the time.
If you read the Huffington article MLG linked, it indicates that Hawaii is the ONLY jurisdiction in the USA That may permit a police undercover to have sex with the subject of a prostitution investigation, and many there are trying to end the practice though also indicating its hardly if ever been exercised. The article runs exactly contrary to MLG's statement that it's happening all over the country all the time. The final key quote in the article as follows:
Skeptics (skeptical of the authority provided by Hawaii's law), such as Roger Young, a retired special agent who for more than 20 years worked sex crimes for the FBI from Las Vegas and has trained vice squads around the country, remain unconvinced.
Young said Thursday, "I don't know of any state or federal law that allows any law enforcement officer undercover to penetrate or do what this (Hawaii) law is allowing".

Curent LA Best Practice to avoid MILF AMP / LE.
1) Should one disrobe prior to seeing the therapist?
2) What is the best way to reject MILF at AMP without hurting feelings?
3) What is the best current safe practice at AMP?
4) Thanks for considering my questions.
Does anyone have a guess as to the percentage of MILF in AMP practice in LA?
Your comments are anecdotal at best. I am a former journalist / columnist. My main subject of interest is civil liberties, and I've done quite a lot of research in this specific area.
Other posts in is thread have demonstrated the point: police are allowed (normally with prior administrative approval) to engage in activities to maintain their cover, including but not limited to using drugs, getting naked, and having sex.
The Supreme Court has upheld this, and there are plenty of times that law enforcement agencies have inserted "agent provocateurs" (see FBI cointelpro).
