My thoughts
Would that have been your advice to Churchill during the Battle of Britain as well?
I almost agree about the civvies in this cash and bowing to Moscow for just the same analogy you spoke on with Churchill. We were right back in the Norman Rockwell times not wanting to get entangled in another European senseless bloodbath that was WWI. The American public and the world really didn't see the true bloodbath that was communism. Forget the fascists, they were quite sweet compared to the death toll communism ended up cranking out. Even then we didn't know the best thing to do would have supported Germany in materials and money to wipe out the Soviets then deal with Fascism. We didn't know that in the end after five short years Moscow would have and enjoyed swallowing up all of The Western democracies for their "protection" after "Liberating" them had we not been there.
The difference is that Churchill KNEW and called it. Another big difference is England didn't have swaths of pro German and German speaking people, wasn't tied in an alliance both forced and seriously welcomed at times Moscow had things to offer them for a hundred years, London was never arguably the capital of the mid evil German state like Kiev was at times, England wasn't our enemy ideologically at the highest level of government like the Ukraine has been the past 80 years. England got far less aid than we are giving the Ukraine now and Churchill handled himself like a man and still took the pulse of the American people and nailed the speech addressing our congress. Zelenskyy flopped his appeal to our congress. That BS angle evoking MLK, Pearl Harbor, 9/11, and just about any word salad horribly educated in our history nonsense he could rattle on about. Not once did he like Churchill convey that his Ukrainians that supports him asking for help because it will be to our mutual benefit if his side wins. More importantly he didn't because he can't paint the world a much worse off place if he capitulates. It will be bad for him, we know that. Any idiot can measure that but really, truly, did he once even mention his intentions (providing he wins) to ensure an end to the corruption in his country? He didn't and hasn't spoke about a return and dream of capitalism and free trade where the people of Ukraine decide their fate and that his Ukraine wants a democracy and in turn is interested in supporting free trade with Western Europe. Why? He's not from that. He is more Putin than not. He was given his presidency by an oligarch, not from a free and fair election. While I support the Western and central Ukrainian nationalists that are fighting back Russia, if Russia swallows them, again, we have at least one less corrupt and disinterested in Western value state to worry about. The US might be better off allowing Russia to flex and respect the fact we didn't do a good job preventing this and treating Russia as a nuisance in the early 2000's. We failed a bit but it's Europe time to step up defending what they think is truly important while they pay for defence.
Lastly and sadly. Despite hoping the Ukrainian fighters give them hell, we can't blame Russia for needing Crimea and also not wanting a NATO base less than 300 miles from Moscow which what would happen and exactly as close if it were. Shoe on the other foot, we would be pissed and do something about it if Russia did the same to us.
Ukraine hasn't done a good job of showing the world its singular and important place as a friend you go to blows for. The stinger and Javelin missiles plus the money, arms, and sanctions are already a big deal. The Mujahideen did far more with less. Look what we created there:/ It's time for the hauty French and Germans to pay their dues and to invest in defense and capitalism instead of eliminating gender roles and paying for orientation surgeries, father maturity leaves and socialist Utopian values while we fight their wars with no thanks. I'm hoping this shakes the shit out their ears and pulls their heads from their collective asses and get back to fighting the good fight.

Wow
Great to see someone who doesn't fall blindly for western propaganda and understands there is much more nuance in history both past and present. Consider our mongering hobby, it is befallen with propaganda from our own govt, who rail against "trafficking" when the reality, many of us know firsthand, is that the war on drugs is the real driver of prostitution here, a war perpetuated by failed government policies and emboldened by corporations (big pharma pushing fentanyl and opioids on Americans for decades for example). Again consider the example often given of one following mainstream news reporting in an area of personal expertise or knowledge, most people will tell you that any reporting done on a topic well known to them is wildly inaccurate, perhaps by design? And poorly researched (ex. Above mongering antidote) This hopefully helps leads the logical mind to the conclusion propaganda is all pervasive in this world and not least here in our country. Yet so many people are willing to blindly believe anything widely pushed by our govt and media, this is a mistake. People need to wake up. Western foreign policy has been a disaster for decades, little of it helps Americans and their future, again this is perhaps by design, which makes sense otherwise the most powerful people and institutions who shape policy and decision making over the last 50+ years are truly incompetent and deserve no positions of power. / rant.

You missed the point
Hard pass on all that blue bullshit.
WTF? You really tagging AOC on your WG post? GTFO.
Dude, you are missing the point. They are ultra conservative and have been banned repeatedly for posts. So she is being Sarcastic now to fool the bots and the cancel culture idiots. That's why the posts are tagged so blue and socialist. They are the opposite. It's actually super funny and very clever if it works. I could see some socialist shithead getting the flag and thinking yeah, this is great! LMAO.
Burner phone and burner phone only, unless you find some app that totally is not connected to your real and traceable phone number. Google voice is frequently ignored.
A follow up question from a relative noob: one agency kept insisting that I use my real phone number, that they wouldn't verify with my burner phone number, said they can't tie the (burner) number to my background check that they did. I said nope and cut off contact. I'm probably on their blacklist or something now. In the future, even if I get a prepaid phone, it seems like I'll run into the same issue since this burner number isn't associated with my profile. Do I just avoid these types of agencies?

While I assume it is rare for personal information to find its way outside the agency, it could happen. If you don't want the risk, then you will need to avoid those agencies. RS2 K and P411 may be an option but still not perfect.

Setup a brand new LC account. Different browser, new email, through a VPN.
Tried to post negative comment and review on Leah (I posted about her in Ripoff Reports). Also flagged her ad as scammer.
Then went and posted good review and comment about Alizae.
The good showed up nearly immediately. The bad not at all.
This confirms other reports here that nothing negative seems to stick on LC anymore.
It's weird because I still see negative reviews, occasionally. But I haven't been able to get one on in a year or more.

Disturbing text
So I got a disturbing text message the other day. Just so happened to be a three days after I contacted 4 different providers / places after a few months off. And I ended up seeing someone from an 'agency' that I had seen before.
I don't want to get into specifics on the text messages (open to chat via pm) but I will say the text wasn't about doxxing or BMing me. It was from an unknown number.
Has anyone gotten anything really disturbing after contacting an ad?
FYI, the four contacted provider / agencies:
- very reputable / reviewed massage place.
- less reputable / review massage place that I had used before in a different locale <-- this is who I ended up seeing w / o issue.
- one ad from someone that appeared to have been traveling but not much more info.
- one ad from a local massage provider that had a review on the other site.
Any experiences like that?

Has anyone gotten anything really disturbing after contacting an ad?
This baby Chinese gangster apparently got jealous after I struck up a friendly relationship with the white girl he was pimping out a while back and sent threatening messages from various phone numbers telling me to turn myself in to the cops for human trafficking. I suspected that it was related to a particular brothel, so I tried to add them on WeChat after the harassment died down using their main phone number and I got a voice call at 3 AM the next morning from one of the other numbers. Needless to say, I now avoid giving any of these places my phone number.
I do get random texts from bookers touting well-known brothels, but I guess I'm just on the master list being that I used to go to various places two or three times a week. I now typically just show up at massage parlors in person without an appointment to avoid giving people my number.

Has anyone gotten anything really disturbing after contacting an ad?
I've never got disturbing texts or calls. But I did get weird and sporadic texts from contacting random providers on Eros. I'll admit for half the numbers I texted on there I wasn't actually trying to set up an appointment. I was new to the hobby and wanted to get a feel of what the method and routine was for contacting or setting something up with a provider.
Lots of the "providers" on Eros are so suspect and fishy. Half the people on there probably aren't even ladies and are some neckbeard dude trying to scam. The texts I received went on for about a year or two and they often sent pictures that were clearly screenshots of a random woman. Sometimes I'd think it was a bot set up by someone or maybe just someone with real low effort scamming attempts. At first I used to get worried wondering who I sent my number. But nothing happened. Moral of the story: be extremely careful on who you email or contact and / or try to use a throw away.

RR Hack
From day one I never believed the hacking story because they're hosted by cloudflare who's responsible for storage, backups and defending against these kind of attacks. There is just no way all of the ads and data are gone, cloud flare would have backups taken daily if not every 15 minutes. Even if there were no backups, it was a simple page that could have been easily recreated. I'm not a big conspiracy theorist but seems like maybe they felt some heat on them from the FEDs and had to shut down operations a bit. This would be a very bad sign for other sites like tryst and stg.

They couldn't help themselves and got their site yanked anyway when they celebrated MLK Jr. 's assassination.

I posted elsewhere that a couple fairly well-known women had their ads hacked where the hackers replaced their number with a fake one as some kind of scam. Check the phone numbers you contacted against older ads and see if it matches up.
