Am missing something? Has there been some kind of added value to an average SB that I wasn't made aware of? Seems like average expectations have gone bonkers recently.

So, I was searching this thread for any kind of discussion about average ppm expectations in San Diego. Either, I'm dumb and overlooked something, a possibility I always account for, or we're not discussing it the way they are on the Richmond VA thread - info I have to presume is not applicable to our market.

If you know of a conversation regarding this, please feel free to point me in the right direction.

I am fairly consistently facing expectations of at least double that. Success rates on negotiating down from there to something within the 150-250 range has been decent, but generally only so with SBs that I'm only partially interested in.

Anyone talked to, met, or recognize her?
