Obviously, there's a big drop in "available manpower" for the night and weekend shifts.

Seminole heights is a drug den. Would it be smarter and more efficient to arrest the pushers and dealers? Isn't that 'cleaning up" the area? SW will still come if they is a supplier in that area.
