If you are chasing 6-8's I sure would not pay top dollar. Lots of GPS out there, so be patient and "educate" where needed.

Per visit maybe the way you wish to pay, but as OP pointed out recently, it makes sense to put a larger number out there as a monthly figure: more alluring, suggests on-going and helps her feel less like an escort.

We all have our own risk tolerances, but when I think about my past, every time I decided to roll the dice on something like this, it usually came back to haunt me. Not always with a direct "caught" incident, but close calls that made me uncomfortable.
