That's the first tip. Next, don't ever do any negotiating if they aren't driving down the road with you. I think I can handle the safety side of things since I've gotten a decent idea of that from the posts here. But that's exactly what I was looking for so I appreciate the tips.

Are they usually out and about late at night? Or earlier before it gets totally dark? And vaguely speaking I get the feeling that the places to look are Arlington and Westside. Does that sound about right?

I wasnt even prowling, Just on my phone parked, and one litteraly walked up to me (Locked door) with a baby in her stroller. She was literally trying to do something with her baby right there. Don't get me wrong I don't the deed where there is children in other quarters, but just the thought that she would allow a stranger to ride with her kid just disgusted me.

Also a tip I like to throw in there. Don't hand over any of ya patronage till after the deed is done. This will 8/10 stop the rushing bs, and sometimes make them work for it. If you give it up first they get lazy, or start telling you what they won't do. Even though they do. Get your poker face on its all a game, and the cards always in your favor (just concerning that). If she say up front say "this how you do things" . Don't matter if she is a 10/10, unless you want to risk a shitty experience then go ahead, but know when to walk away. Then next time you see her she probably change her tune. BE Aware, some chicks out here will set you up to get mugged. Don't ever let 1 guide you somewhere "safe" especially at night. I like to go around dusk or a little after dark, it's hard to make a safe choice if you can't see their face. There is one tiny spinner that sits on a stump at the corner of Alton and Bowlan. She has been easy to talk to and trouble free. If you're not having any luck, go a little further north of Atlantic.

I have also run into a few housewife types out in the afternoon for a few hours seemingly to make a few extra bucks, but that is infrequent.

Cruised around a bit just to scope the area out, and they were right where you said they'd be. Alas, the one with the nicest body looked like the drugs had gotten to her face:/ but I'll keep an eye on the area. I did have a Swan that I picked up on Main Street that couldn't get me off her mic skills so she went FS for the 20. I have on rare occasions given an extra 5 tip, but that is the extent for me. Since you should be hiding your wallet and other valuable in your trunk or locked glove box, hide the payment somewhere she can't get it easily. Above your sun visor, etc and any extra tip money in a secondary location. I'm not saying that this a feature of all of the JAX SWans, but it isn't uncommon.

From what I've seen mentioned here, 20 (a Jackson) is about normal for BBBJ (most seem to open the car door and spit if they allow CIM, but plenty also seem to swallow) and 40 for FS. BBFS doesn't seem to be all that uncommon, but I'll let you decide if you think that'd be a risk choice you'd like to take with HIV+ rates at higher than one in three for that group.
