So your argument to include either Bush as not serving is incorrect.

This morning it was all over the news, trump was going to veto this bill, got everybody all upset. now we see he only threatened to veto the bill, He stated the bill is over 5000 pages long and no one has read it, then they are expected to make a decision on it in 2 hours.
It has some pretty outrageous request in it that kind of crap that would make everyone agree with Trump. Things like tearing down Teddy Roosevelt Library and spending billions to build a race track there is more, i'll see if i can find the link
