E) she got a better offer or a regular called and she chose to bump me (it happens in this "world", but no call / text was received to cancel either of our sessions. Or to apologize afterward).

Let me be clear. I have never seen Sarah. Others on the board have "seen" her and seem to be pleased with their experiences. I have NOT seen her and am completely DISSATISFIED with her (based on 2 consecutive no call, no shows).
