Never know how much truth you are getting but I know it took me 3 or 4 different attempts just to get her to respond to any of my messages before I met her the first time. I guess the less is more approach works best when seeing her for the first time. You need to realize they probably get hundreds of texts a day from people asking them questions they already answered in the ad or asking them if they will change a rule for extra money or some other reason. If you ever posted anything for sale online you know you get a lot of stupid questions that are usually answered in the ad and it gets annoying fast. If you contact them with a question that isn't covered in the ad and they give you attitude, that's a different story.
