The Kentucky legislature in 2022 expanded the list of what is subject to sales tax. Effective January 1 massage services are subject to a 6% sales tax. Our places of enjoyment are pretty easily identified, so it will be interesting to see how they comply. I would expect that most will file and pay on the house fee to avoid potential trouble.

However, they also have someone new to Louisville (as far as I know), Nana. She's a small spinner with man-mades that will climb onto the table to really lean into the opening massage. I'm guessing early 30's? I had a good time, so Sun is continuing bringing in a string of winners.

The old pass the cost to the consumer practice. If they comply.

I'm in your fair town for the first time ever for two nights and I have been going back and forth between visiting RS-Churchill-Empire. For my first visit I chose Empire. And got fucked. Not literally. Just figuratively.

I'm not into haggling. Sorry guys that I screw up the going rates. But I'd rather fork it over and trust I get good service than deal with haggling. That doesn't put me in a relaxed mood.

So here's the fuck. I ask for TS. Ok. Only washed left side. Didn't bother to walk around to my right side to wash. Hmmm. Left with half ts. Whatever I think. Now it's time for the rub.

Back in the room. Massage was a half assed effort rubbing only my ass until I tell her to rub my shoulders. Two secs of rubbing my shoulder, then do the flip. Trying to get the most of my half hr I tell her I want to massage her. She says ok but no FIV and no kissing nips. OK. Whatever. Few minutes of that then I'm like, ok, let's get this over with. It'll be on the tab just another way of the state trying to keep up with what going on. That also was a quarterly thing but after the virus hit it became a monthly thing. Seem like taxes are just as old as the oldest profession.

Look up CeCe on RubMd. You will not regret it. Or Churchill, all the ladies there are great. Basically not a private location, but typically people aren't outside the other businesses, so not a lot of people around. If you know a girl you want to see and she's available you should get her, but not if she's busy. They don't and most places won't show the ladies and let you select. If you don't know who you want you'll get whomever is on deck, but I think you'd be happy with any of the current ladies.

When I arrived mamasan ask how long, I said one hour and there was no bait and switch, I was there very close to an hour, with FS. Candy is a great provider and works hard to give you your money 's worth. I think you would've had a completely different experience with her.
