Again, it has to be difficult managing a stable of providers.
Sometimes what's necessary with agencies is to just keep trying; once you do have an appointment, and if it goes well, it's much, much easier to get in and scheduled in the future. Customer acquisition is a hassle with any business, but it must take special effort in adult industries like escorting; my experience has been that a good regular customer is treated like gold by the better agencies.

I've yet to have a bad experience with Sunny's agency, but with this in mind I definitely feel your pain. Dealing with these folks sometimes is a pain in the ass.

Usually they will let you know when they're calling your work number, and either you can pick up and say "yup it's me" or if someone else picks up, they'll just ask to speak to you. Also if you can get work verified with just one agency, then most of the time any other agencies you come across, you can refer them to your first agency. Before you know it, you'll have a long list of references from agencies and independents, and you'll never have to worry about work verifications again. Like anything in life however, you do need to man up, take a chance, and take that first big step out the door.
