I think Willow Ruts offer is a terrific idea and he deserves all the help we can give him. This forum should be one in which we each contribute our experiences so others can go in with their eyes open and their expectations at the proper level. I would also add as a requirement the cost of service, but I think we all probably realize the importance of that.
