I got a text from Oceana in Rockville saying they have fully reopened, with precautions. A couple of the places in Kentlands were open "by appointment"; however, they would make the appointment but not keep the appointment. I'm curious if anyone has had better luck at getting in, and if so, if the attendants were masked and careful. Feel free to PM.
