Uncle Leo was out in full force yesterday afternoon and early evening. I saw more blue light specials than I could count up and down 1st Ave. North.

You're right. The girl in your pic is not the one I saw. Her hair was long and curly about mid-back as best as I can remember and there were no blonde highlights.
