A lot of places been popping up, but I wouldn't even waste my time here in Simi. The gals are old and ugly, and just don't provide FS. Just remember Simi you're going to missed the $50. Business tax license fee, not to mention all the other fees you guys charge to start and maintain a business in cheapskate Simi, I know I've owend a business here for over 15 years. I think it's a combination of Simi's reputation as one of America's "safest city", the bad ecomomy and the election, not so much "cheapskte". I used to work in a retail "big box" and lower-income people people would try to haggle the price of an item as though they were in a Downtown L. A flea market-they didn't get that I or the store couldn't change the price. Guys with any real cash are going to go elsewhere (strip joints with extras, FS street walkers, escorts, etc.) , lower income guys are not going to drive (or more likely bus) to Oxnard, so they settle for what they can get-and try to get that at the best price. The Simi parlors I checked out last summer pretty much offered up an available standard-service HJ without asking, the ladies probably expecting a non-negotiated $20-$40 tip and glad to get it. FS is out of the norm simple because most can't afford it or want to cut the price.

Even the legit places in T. O. Get guys all the time hitting them up for a wank for $5-$10 and 99% of the time only get their ass kicked out. Unemployment for over a year has sidelined me from any extra fun, but the legit ladies in town have offered me discounts and freebies. No extras, but a lot more tease for a lot less money, and not becasue I'm a "cheapskate".

It is all about one dollar one vote, not one person one vote. He choices to grandstand because LE doesn't have the resources to go after AMPs right now. We are seeing more and more AMPs springing up all over the Country. Unfortunately we will be soon be getting more widespread attention on a state and national level. Just like the cra! Gsl! St. Regardless, I don't expect much enforcement as there aren't enough LE resources right now due to budget concerns. Plus it isn't an easy crime to prove. When there is a bust it will be well published in the press. It is all about perception of law enforcment by the general public. There is a certain tollerance level in each community. LE usually goes after low hanging fruit, so be careful out there.

I think he's referring to St Mary St in Oxnard, I've personally never been there, but they get good reviews. Simi has a median income of 78, 821 vs the state of Ca 58, 931, so the average joe in Simi makes over 20k more than most californians, being a business owner for over 14 years here in Simi I can say OK we'll use FRUGAL, very FRUGAL spenders here in Simi. The city milks the business' here and my point is all the MPs here in Simi will eventually move to more business friendly areas, I see MPs in Simi closing and soon we'll have a vacancy problem again. I estimate 20 plus MPs in Simi, none offer FS. I really don't know how they can stay in business that way. Now with city officials putting pressure on a very fragile economy, Simi will be in trouble again. Personally I'll go to the nard or SFV, just got better service there.
