Without going back and quoting everyone's posts, I'll throw my two cents in here; I should have done it sooner. Those of us who are lucky enough to know Anna know that she LOVES sex, with guys as well as girls. Something else we know about her? She has a deeply ingrained sense of fair play, as well as (tough words aside) a very caring heart; she really wants to help these younger girls that end up in trouble or that she thinks could do better or whatever.
I can guarantee that she has NO interest in monetary gain from Lexi, but just wanted to help her; to help a younger girl that she saw as needing help, a younger girl that could do much better. So if you want to beat her up for her altruistic tendencies, well, I'm glad I have a bit softer heart than that, even if it does hurt my wallet. On top of that, as FastCars said, it was only a matter of time before she (Lexi) figured things out and adjusted her rates anyway.
With all that said, part of the reason UTR's are cool is that, generally speaking, their donations (for whatever reason) are less than the donations for a typical escort that advertises, and often the service is considerably better (depending on who we're talking about, of course). Putting a UTR together with an experienced woman was BOUND to raise questions in the UTR's mind, and when she starts asking those questions, what's the experienced girl supposed to do? Lie? To what end? To keep the UTR down? There'd be no point in lying, so the UTR girl will start learning what she COULD command as a donation, rather than the amount she was picking up as a UTR.
If we as mongers want to keep a UTR as a UTR, we just need to recognize that when they want to start making a little more money, it's probably only a matter of time before they go more pro, and their donation WILL go up.
There's a reason Anna's so well liked and respected in this community; it's because not only is she GOOD at what she does (and incredibly sensual too) , but she's a pretty straight shooter, she doesn't bullshit you, and she tries to take care of those around her. You'll know where you stand with Anna, and I, for one, respect that.
So, deep breath everyone. Lessons learned on this, I hope, and hopefully, there won't be any hard feelings carried forward.

I don't want pile on the manager situation, but I do want to give Lexi a great review for the the last two dreams I had with her and her friend have been awesome. They totaly made me feel like I was their god. With out going into too much detail Lexi was into everything and Trinity was also very passionate, I felt like I was a kid locked in overnight in the toy store.
