The picture would basically only be spank bank material (and sometimes they're not even good pics). Sending a nude pic doesn't really prove anything. Anybody can find several suggestive pics of a girl, post a few, and keep the nudes in reserve to send to anybody who asks for them. And by "Anybody" I mean Uncle. Then discussing anything via phone, which might be recorded, or text, which is definitely saved, is evidence. I used think a little bit of crazy was ok to deal with until last time I dreamed with her. Pretty easy to spot fake pics.
