So switching from BP to USAAC would do 2 things. It would bring in providers who refuse to use BP or can't for technical reasons and it would mean that they'd get reviewed here consistently and hopefully quickly. Which is good for us cause it'll quickly weed out any bad providers. Not only that, they can respond on the forums if someone is being a dick. Which means service can be improved as well and they can screen better based on your posts here. Though not sure how well that'd work for you.
