When you are writing a post open the manage files tab on the lower left in the space under the narrative box, when the link opens choose the add file tab on the upper right. You must be uploading files from the phone, or computer etc, so save your screen shot or photo before you try to upload.

Once the files upload check the ones you want and hit the insert files button on the lower left.

With ads going up and down constantly a photo is the only real way to reference permanently who you are discussing.
