People have been running the Nigerian price scam for decades.

Take it for what it is worth. This has just been my experience. I have been on the site for over 6 years. Met and was inside of roughly 200 to 250 women in that time. I would say about 15 of them asked that we use condoms the first time. Out of those, 12 went bareback the second or third time. The remaining three were types that I didn't see more than a couple times because it turned out they were in what they called open relationships. I have found that to mean it is code for being a prostitute and they didn't want their partner to have any risk. They were obviously seeing multiple guys a day if not at least multiple guys per week.
