I was sort of close on timing of a bust years ago. Spot was busted hours after I left. This was around McHenry. In this forum people posted about getting letters in the mail stating they noticed their car / license plate was parked at a business providing illicit services and to call a number. Tbh they did a really good job pulling it off. By that I mean their ad on BP looked very legit, advance booking required, screening info required, 2 call system at the hotel, etc it all had the appearance of how a reputable providers would go about booking appts at that time. The room looked like a traveling provider with suitcase, clothing out, etc.
I was a seasoned monger at the time and would not have been easily fooled but there were no signs along the way that this was a set up. The only tip off I picked up on was once in the room she tried to talk illicitly almost immediately which was odd. It makes sense, LE needs you to commit that crime and they don't want to spend all day getting you to do it. They want to bust a lot of guys so they want to move quickly.
Probably worth stating that while these set ups do happen if you exercise common monger sense and do what everyone has mentioned here (STFU and don't talk about anything illicit) you shouldn't have to worry. I've banged a shit ton of chicks in this hobby over a lot of years, seriously hundreds probably into the thousands of encounters and have only had this one aforementioned LE encounter. Pay attention, don't be an idiot and you'll be fine.[/QUOTE]
