If someone is going to rely on 4-6 month old, good reviews and nothing more current, that should already imply problems in seeing her now. Nothing is forever especially in this biz. The blame is NOT with the old reviews but rather the client's lack of doing due diligence on finding, or asking, for more current info on that provider.
