Lingam 30 mts is just 90.
Other durations, services and offerings, including waxing are offered. I am sure the pricing will vary over time.
It is definitely not like the MM, where everything was laid out ahead of time. More options might open up on YMMV.

Anything tantra, lingham, or Nuru will be the floor. Swedish massage she will use the table. If you go to any legit practicing of tantra they will always set you up on the floor with a matt same as Thai massage it's done on the floor.
